We are delighted to announce that ATHENIANS FC, the Greek Football Club of London, will be joining Islington Midweek Football League (IMFL) from next season!
IMFL is one of the most well organized leagues in London with top quality facilities and great football clubs.
Our team will be playing in division 3 of the league. The competition is 11 v 11 adult male football and all matches are played on two 3G pitches at Market Road, Islington in North London. Games are played from Monday - Thursday with 6pm and 8pm kick-offs. There are three qualified match officials on all games.
Given the opportunity we would like to thank Wimbledon and District League for the two amazing years with them.
